Negative feelings and emotions can become rooted deep in our cells and vital organs. These negative emotions resonate destructive energy patterns that can correlate with physical symptoms. In the same way that we benefit from detoxifying harmful substances like artificial food additives, we can also improve our health by clearing out or reprogramming harmful thoughts and emotions.
Emotional cleansing involves identifying these deeply buried thoughts and releasing or re-programming them with the help of specific essential oils, nutritional support, and prayer or self talk. Emotional Cleansing works well as a supplement to counseling and psychotherapy. Emotional Cleansing does not replace the services of a counselor, psychotherapist, or psychiatrist.
Essential oils can be used to support energy, immunity, emotional well being, stress management, and healthy weight management. They have also been used in traditional societies to relieve discomfort and aches and pains associated with inflammation. In addition to that, they can support the body's detoxification process. Using a bio-survey device, we can ask your body to select specific oils that might support your individual areas of concern. We then create a Custom Blend of the oils that your body selected and show you where to apply the oil blend for maximum effectiveness.
Homeopathy works on the mind, body and spirit by stimulating the system to dispose of symptoms that are contributing to disharmony in the body. By encouraging the body to return to a state of balance, the stage is set for natural healing to occur. Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted, making them very gentle on the body. The Compass uses accupressure meridians to ask the body about specific herbs and supplements that it prefers. The scan produces a report listing specific supplements that may be beneficial to the individual based on his or her own responses. The Compass helps take the "Guess Work" out of which supplements to purchase. It can help you save money by preventing you from purchasing supplements that are not preferred.
The Healthy Weight and Nutritional Consultation includes, but is not limited to, a combination of several of the assessment measures listed above. Using the tools and resources available, I will focus on helping the client discover ways to improve habits, food choices, and remedies to maximize wellness. Based on information gathered during the session, the client will have lists of natural solutions and remedies that may be beneficial in managing a variety of wellness concerns. Evaluations performed by Anna Aycock focus on inherent constitution and temperament for the sole purpose of helping the client to improve general health through nutrition, habits, and attitudes. Anna cannot determine specific disease conditions or replace the diagnostic services offered by licensed physicians.
