Healthy Spirit

Whether or not you have a relationship with God or a Creator,  and whether or not you see yourself as religious or spiritual, we feel blessed to work with those who walk through the doors of In Harmony, and we want to assist you in any way we can.

About Us

We are a family and team at In Harmony. We have a love for people and helping those we care about feel healthier in their everyday lives. In Harmony offers services that we believe are basic to detoxifying the body and rejuvenating energy as well as getting your health in balance.

Janice Doochin

I am an RN with a background in Oncology. I witnessed first hand how sick the body can become, but at the same time I saw how patients who practiced some holistic approaches responded better to the treatment and had fewer side effects. My experience with my family's and my own health convinced me of the need for proper nutrition and how a body must be detoxified, especially through a clean colon, before it can heal. I returned to school, furthering my education as a Nutritional Consultant and Colon Therapist at the Global Institute of Integrative Medicine and the Cayce Riley School of Massage and Colon Therapy. This is truly a passion for me, a calling. My goal is to inspire people to never take their health for granted. In addition to owning In Harmony, I am the primary colon therapist. At In Harmony we believe that when the body is detoxified, a state of wellness and balance can be restored.

Anna Aycock

Anna AycockThe blessing of healing inspired me to study and learn as much as possible about Natural Wellness. I have acquired an extensive library on therapeutic practices in Essential Oils, Nutrition, Detoxification, Enzymes, Homeopathy, and the Body's Energy Systems. I am currently enrolled in a training course on Functional Wellness (Dr. Dicken Weatherby), and I also received training in Digestive and Natural Wellness through Nature's Sunshine. Professional Membership in the American Association of Nutritional Consultants also provides excellent opportunities for me to continue my education. My formal degree is in Psychology from Agnes Scott College. While I am proud of the knowledge that I have acquired, please note that I am not a licensed health care provider, therapist, or counselor.

After five years of aggressive nutritional therapy to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms, I feel called to share what I have learned with others.  I have posted several resources and recipes that have been helpful to me.  They are listed on my website, blog, and articles published on Ezine.  Here are the links:

Please feel free to contact me if I can answer any questions: anna.aycock@comcast.net

Stephanie Smith

Stephanie SmithHelping people create physical and emotional wellness in their lives has been my passion for most of my adult life. As an avid participant in my own wellness journey, I know first-hand what a commitment it takes to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

After graduating from The University of Alabama I spent 14 years in the chaotic corporate world where I acquired a passion to achieve a sense of balance. This ongoing pursuit continued to evolve into a career in Wellness to help others do the same.  As a CTA Certified Work Life Balance Coach and licensed certified Biofeedback Specialist and Stress Management Coach I have spent the past 5 years as owner operator of Innergy Wellness.  I have been gifted the opportunity to provide support and education to individuals, groups, teams, and organizations including several Fortune 500 Companies.

Working with In Harmony allows me to continue my journey to help others achieve balance in all areas of their life. In addition to the previously mentioned specialties, I am a colon hydrotherapist and nutrition educator. The ability to integrate several modalities  allows me to maintain an empowering, educational and supportive approach with my clients. I continue to remain committed to enhancing lives through healthy living and an integrated approach.

Amanda Omartian

Amanda OmartianMassage Therapy was etched into my childhood. I believe I was meant to be a massage therapist. I am honored to be a graduate of Cumberland Institute, a holistic school of massage therapy. They provided me with a strong foundation and allowed for an even deeper love and appreciation for the work. I bring in my own experience to this practice, having received the work all of my life, having seen and felt its benefits. I want the same experience for others.  I want to spread the knowledge and awareness to those around me, and I want to make believers out of everyone I touch. My goal is to help reduce stress and tension and assist in helping people reach their health goals.

Dianne Williams

Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.
