About Us
We are a family and team at In Harmony. We have a love for people and helping those we care about feel healthier in
their everyday lives. In Harmony offers services that we believe are basic to detoxifying the body and rejuvenating energy
as well as getting your health in balance.
Janice Doochin
I
am an RN with a background in Oncology. I witnessed first hand how sick the body can become, but at the same time I saw
how patients who practiced some holistic approaches responded better to the treatment and had fewer side effects. My
experience with my family's and my own health convinced me of the need for proper nutrition and how a body must be detoxified,
especially through a clean colon, before it can heal. I returned to school, furthering my education as a Nutritional
Consultant and Colon Therapist at the Global Institute of Integrative Medicine and the Cayce Riley School of Massage
and Colon Therapy. This is truly a passion for me, a calling. My goal is to inspire people to never take their health
for granted. In addition to owning In Harmony, I am the primary colon therapist as well as the BodyTalk practitioner.
At In Harmony we believe that when the body is detoxified, a state of wellness and balance can be restored.
Anna Aycock
The blessing of healing inspired me to study and learn as much as possible about Natural Wellness. I have acquired an extensive library on therapeutic practices in Essential Oils, Nutrition, Detoxification, Enzymes, Homeopathy, and the Body's Energy Systems. I am currently enrolled in a training course on Functional Wellness (Dr. Dicken Weatherby), and I also received training in Digestive and Natural Wellness through Nature's Sunshine. Professional Membership in the American Association of Nutritional Consultants also provides excellent opportunities for me to continue my education. My formal degree is in Psychology from Agnes Scott College. While I am proud of the knowledge that I have acquired, please note that I am not a licensed health care provider, therapist, or counselor.
After five years of aggressive nutritional therapy to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms, I feel called to share what I have learned with others. I have posted several resources and recipes that have been helpful to me. They are listed on my website, blog, and articles published on Ezine. Here are the links:

Helping people create physical and emotional wellness in their lives has been my passion for most of my adult life. As an avid participant in my own wellness journey, I know first-hand what a commitment it takes to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
After graduating from The University of Alabama I spent 14 years in the chaotic corporate world where I acquired a passion to achieve a sense of balance. This ongoing pursuit continued to evolve into a career in Wellness to help others do the same. As a CTA Certified Work Life Balance Coach and licensed certified Biofeedback Specialist and Stress Management Coach I have spent the past 5 years as owner operator of Innergy Wellness. I have been gifted the opportunity to provide support and education to individuals, groups, teams, and organizations including several Fortune 500 Companies.
Working with In Harmony allows me to continue my journey to help others achieve balance in all areas of their life. In addition to the previously mentioned specialties, I am a colon hydrotherapist and nutrition educator. The ability to integrate several modalities allows me to maintain an empowering, educational and supportive approach with my clients. I continue to remain committed to enhancing lives through healthy living and an integrated approach.

Cassandra Ordonez, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner
When I heard of The BodyTalk System through a friend, I immediately became interested because I just knew it was exactly what I had been searching for to improve my health as well as help others with their health problems. I knew of the body's phenomenal ability to heal itself and I wanted to be healed! There were so many people around me that needed help and I wanted to find something safe and effective to assist them. I was suffering from Lyme Disease, Narcolepsy, major digestive issues, as well as chronic fear and anxiety. I am happy to say that BodyTalk took care of those issues as well as many others. I have had the wonderful opportunity to assist so many over the last 8 years with all kinds of health concerns. The BodyTalk System not only assists with physical and emotional problems, but is a great tool for personal growth! I welcome you to come and experience it for yourself!
BodyTalk can be used as a stand alone system to treat many chronic and acute health problems, or can be seamlessly integrated with any healthcare regimen to increase its overall effectiveness. BodyTalk's major assets are its simplicity, safety and the speed of results.
As fellow BodyTalker, Ben Manalo explains it, "BodyTalk is a simple Consciousness-based health care system that accelerates your body's healing process and prevents disease. To experience optimal health, every part of you needs to work together effectively and efficiently as a team. By improving the cooperation and communication throughout your bodymind on all levels, BodyTalk enhances your natural capacity to quickly heal and adapt to the stresses of day to day life in subtle yet profound ways.”
Cornelia Weber
In 1998, Cornelia Weber lost her father to cancer. After watching him struggle through chemotherapy only to still succumb to the disease, she decided to become better educated in the human body and what keeps it healthy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, and has run her own business for sixteen years. For the past two years, Cornelia delved deeper into holistic medicine, providing ionic footbath therapy. She is now also a practitioner of the Avalon Effect Light Therapy, and has spent several seminar hours studying the benefits of light therapy on the body. It is Cornelia’s mission to bring health and balance to the people she treats, and to continue to develop her passion for healing through positive energy and natural means.
Jillian Reed
Jillian began her holistic healing journey about 10 years ago when she began collecting and playing her Tibetan Singing Bowls. Her exposure started in a very organic way, and over time she began to notice positive changes in her sublime energetic systems. Through many years of playing, she began to really understand the power of harmonic resonance. She then attended Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine attaining her certifications in Polarity Therapy and Holistic Massage Therapy. Upon graduating with high honors, she then relocated here and has been practicing Polarity and Massage Therapy incorporating her singing bowls when appropriate. Jillian then began her studies in the ancient healing art of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage in September of 2009. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage mindfully combines compressions, acupressure, reflexology, facilitated stretches and conscious breathing techniques into a relaxing yet invigorating two hour therapeutic session. The result is very supportive of the overall health and well being of the receiver. Having completed the Registered Thai Therapist program in May of 2010, she is thrilled to offer well balanced, therapeutic sessions to the community. Holding the intention of assisting others in achieving and maintaining their personal wellness goals, Jillian is thrilled to be a part of the In Harmony family.
